To initiate a return, please login to your account and select the item you would like to return from the order history menu. Returned items must comply with our returns policy.

You can request a return within 20 days of receiving the order for the following reasons:
you dislikes the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise.

What do we do?

We track, trace, and authenticate articles that pass from the source point through a plurality of intermediate points along a supply chain to ensure that each article is genuine. Each item carries a physical identifier in the form of a non-cloneable 3D tag along with a digital identity, or twin, in the form of a blockchain-based token. Verification is as simple as scanning the 3D label via a mobile device.

How does it work?

Our system compares the item with its digital twin on the blockchain. If no match is found, the item doesn't pass as authentic. If a match is found, other details (e.g., date, time, location) are added to the blockchain for traceability purposes. Our solution combines the power of blockchain digital security with unique product identification to securely and reliably track product history.

How secure is it?

Each item is provided a unique physical identity at the source by attaching a 3D randomly distributed particles-based tag. Depending upon the size of the tag and the particle sizes, the possible combinations of unique three-dimensional particle distributions are almost limitless. Therefore no two image patterns are ever going to be the same. It is impossible for any company, including us, to be able to recreate an identical tag. Alternatively, we use physically unclonable functions (PUF) that exploit the physical factors of the product itself that are unpredictable and can be used for authentication.

Blockchain tokens act as a virtual certificate of authenticity that is much harder to steal, forge or hack than a piece of paper, barcode, or digital file. Unscrupulous parties cannot compromise our supply chain, and we assure that consumers are indeed receiving authorized or genuine articles.
